Who runs Luxe.
Aaron Weiser started Luxe Builder Group in 2015 and still runs Luxe from 603 Commerce Way in Jupiter. Luxe has roofed commercial buildings, multi-family communities, and single-family homes across the southeastern United States.
The crew is 30 people, and Aaron pays for their training and their equipment. Most of Luxe's work comes from referrals.
GAF lists Luxe as a Master Elite contractor, ID 1146129. Fewer than 2% of all roofing contractors hold that certification.
How a Luxe job runs.
Clean job sites
Tear-off goes straight to the trailer. Before the trucks pull out, we run a magnet sweep for dropped fasteners.
Licensed crews
State license CCC1335204 is on every contract. The crew on your roof works under it.
Property managers & HOAs
On homes and commercial buildings, we handle inspections, repairs, and full replacement proposals. We write storm damage reports when a board needs one. The property management page describes the program.
