This page explains what the quote form collects and what happens to it afterward. It also says how to have your record deleted, and how long we keep one if you do nothing.
The page is a plain-language summary of how Luxe Builder Group handles information and is not legal advice.

What the quote form asks for.
We use every answer below to put your estimate together.
- Type of building
- Tells us if it's a condo, an apartment complex, a commercial building or a house, so we know what kind of job we're quoting.
- Building or association name
- We only ask for this when it isn't a house, so we know which property you mean.
- Name
- So we know who we are writing back to.
- Phone
- The quickest way to reach you with a question about the roof. We use it for your estimate and for nothing else.
- Where the written estimate and its supporting documents go.
- Property address
- We have to find the roof to quote it. The address also tells us which town issues the permit.
- Town
- So we know who on our team covers your area.
- What you need
- A replacement, a repair, emergency work or an inspection, so we know what kind of visit to set up.
- Roof type and message
- What you write here sets what the estimator brings and how long the visit runs.
If you call for an estimate instead, the notes from that call land in the same place a form submission does.
What happens to what you send.
A submission goes three places. It arrives as an email in the office inbox, it is stored as a record in the system we run estimates out of, and a copy goes to the technology partner that runs this site's forms for us, so a delivery that fails gets caught instead of lost. On the way into that system it is sorted automatically before anyone reads it. All three places sit behind accounts limited to the people doing that work.
Your record is kept because the estimate needs it. If you hire us, the same record becomes the job file that carries the permit and the warranty registration.
We do not sell or rent it, and we do not hand it to anyone who wants to market something to you. A handful of outside providers do touch it, because they run pieces of the operation for us: the service that delivers the email, the database the record lives in, the platform that serves this site, the tool that files the record in our estimating system, and the software that does the sorting. Each one works on our instructions under a written contract. Ask and we will send you the current list by name.
What gets measured here.
Three kinds of measurement run on this site, and none of them is used to identify you.
The first counts pages. It records that a page was opened, which search or link brought the visit, and the general region the request came from. What we see are totals: which pages people read, and which ones they leave.
The second watches how a page gets used: how far people scroll, where they tap, and where they stop reading. It records the screen, not the person, and the quote form is masked from it, so what you type into a field never appears in what we see.
The third is advertising measurement. When we pay for an ad, the platform running it needs to know whether the click ended in a quote request, so a short identifier rides along with the visit and reports that outcome back. What goes back is the fact that a quote request happened. Your name, your phone number, your email, and your address stay with us.
Error reports are a separate thing. When a page breaks, a short report goes to the service we use to fix it. The report holds the error, the line of code where it happened, the page address, and the kind of browser and device. It carries no cookies, no IP address, and nothing you type into the quote form.
None of these tools is named here by brand, because they change and a list printed here would go stale. Ask us for the current list and you get the names.
Cookies, and switching them off.
The cookies on this site are used for the measurement described above. Every browser can block or clear them, usually under Settings and then Privacy, and most will let you wipe the ones already stored. Turning them off costs you nothing on this site: every page, the phone link, and the quote form work the same without them.
Your phone or computer has an advertising switch of its own, under privacy or ad settings depending on the device. Turning that one off limits what any advertising measurement can follow across sites, not only ours.
Or turn the measurement off right here. It stops on this page as soon as you tick the box, and the choice stays saved in this browser.
MEASUREMENT ON
How long records stay.
A quote request that never turned into work is deleted three years after we last heard from you. Roofs get quoted a long time before they get replaced, which is why the window is that wide.
A job file lasts longer. Permits, engineering submittals, and warranty registrations are tied to an address and to the year the roof went on, and they have to be produceable years later when the house sells or a warranty question comes up. Those records stay for the life of the roof system.
Measurement data is a different thing entirely. It is counted, aggregated, and kept as totals, with nothing in it that points back to a person.
Having your record deleted.
Call the office at (561) 941-1799 and say so, or send the request through the contact page. Give us the name and property address you originally used so we can find the right record. We take care of it within 30 days and write back when it is done.
The same routes work if you want to see what we hold, or to correct something in it.
One limit: if we already roofed your house, the permit file and the warranty registration for that address have to stay, because they are the record of the work and they outlive the estimate. Everything else is deleted.
